Prior to Podium Advisors, Bryan was Senior Vice President World Wide Sales & Marketing for SunEdison
Semiconductor, a $1B semiconductor materials company. Bryan played an instrumental role in the
company’s strategic plan, culture transformation and vision. With experience leading global teams of 700+
people across 22 countries, and professional credentials that encompass strategic development, sales and
marketing leadership, building a differentiated vision and brand, international business, capital funding and
exits, Bryan is uniquely positioned as a leading expert in guiding executives in taking their companies to the top.
Bryan earned a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis
Obispo , CA and an Executive MBA from Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA.
Senior Partner
Chris is currently a Director of Sales at Dolby Laboratories and is responsible for licensing Dolby’s
premier audio and video technologies to major Fortune 500 companies in the Consumer Electronics
industry. Prior to Dolby, Chris held various sales leadership roles for companies such as Rambus,
Hewlett-Packard, and Schlumberger.
Chris earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and a B.A. in Mathematics from
the State University of New York at Potsdam.
Senior Partner
Mr. Descourouez MA, MSOD is a Senior Partner with Podium Advisors, president of both LCI Global
Communications, a training and consulting firm, and Lance Consulting, a CEO executive coaching firm.
He has over 35 years of training and management consulting experience in 42 countries and in 65
industries. Lance specializes in organizational development, team building, communication and decision
making with companies including AT&T, DuPont, Exxon/Mobile, Fujitsu, GE, GM, Hewlett-Packard, Intel,
Levi Strauss, and Union Carbide.
Mr. Descourouez holds a M.A. in Psychology from The American University, Washington, DC and a
M.S.O.D. from The American University /National Training Labs, Washington, DC.
Sales Operations Strategic Partner
Elizabeth is a Sales Operations Strategic Partner of Podium Advisors and the link between Podium an
Salesforce.com. She has utilized SFDC as part of sales operations and business process management roles
at companies ranging from semiconductor equipment manufacturer (FormFactor) to international solar
components distributor (Enecsys) to retail sales (Bella Pictures). In addition, she has consulted with several
companies on optimization and implementation of SFDC.
Elizabeth earned a B.A. in Biology with Honors from Harvard University and an MBA in Finance from the
University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill Kenan Flagler Business School.
Senior Legal Advisor
Eric has over twenty-five years of both private practice and corporate in-house experience specializing in
real estate; mergers and acquisitions, representing both buyers and sellers; formation of business
entities ; business financing; technology licensing; contract drafting and negotiations and other
commercial transactions, with strong background in tax and tax planning for those various transactions.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University where he graduated cum laude.
He holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from University of Santa Clara Law School, this time graduating
summa cum laude, a well as a LLM (tax) from Golden Gate University.
